Just got back from the Hospital, James is stable.

He's still on the machine to do the work of his Heart and Lungs, and that is giving his heart a bit of a break to recover, however not all of the blood has drained from the Left Ventrical. This means that it's not resting very well.

As a result, the doctors have decided to go in and drain a bit of the blood out for him.

This will hopefully reduce the blood pressure on that side of the heart and make things easier for him.

For us it means a couple of hours sitting around not knowing what is going on, waiting for the news that everything has gone well.
